Reminder  - Athletics Wellington Mountain Running Championships
This is to be run in conjunction with the NZ Champs.

Any Athletics Wellington registered athlete will automatically be entered in the AW Mountain Running Championships in their respective grade as detailed below, unless they specify otherwise.

Junior Women (19 & Under as at 31 Dec 2005) start at 10am 1 lap (same as NZ Champs)
Junior Men (19 & Under as at 31 Dec 2005) start at 10am 2 laps (same as NZ Champs)
Masters Women (35+ on race  day) start at 10am 2 laps (same as NZ Champs)
Masters Men (40+ on race day) start at 10am 2 laps (Note different age qualification from NZ Champs)
(A 35+ AW registered male wishing to compete for an AW title runs the 11am race as a Senior Man). If the same Man wants to run NZ Champs as a Masters Man he starts at 10am and is not eligible for the AW Masters Mens title or placings.)
Senior Women (20+ as at 31 Dec 2005) start at 10am 2 laps (same as NZ Champs)
Senior Men (20+ as at 31 Dec 2005) start at 11am 3 laps (same as NZ Champs)
